Nanaimo, BC, is where I call home, and just south of here in Ladysmith is where I grew up and began this journey. After starting in the trades, receiving my Red Seal in Carpentry at Camosun College in Victoria, BC, and working in carpentry for a few years, I noticed my true enjoyment in my work came from collaborating with my community. I enjoy sitting down with customers to understand their needs and vision. 

So, I started Bowden Renovations & Additions. This company has allowed me to prioritize working closely with people, drafting ideas to build comfortable and beautiful spaces they can call home. And being a local business owner means I’ve built trust and community in the trades here in Nanaimo. Our intention is to help our neighbours see the potential in their space, finding satisfaction in investing in themselves and their homes. 

We want to help enhance the way people experience and enjoy their homes. Our team’s craftsmanship, devotion to long-lasting building techniques, and vision of seeing our neighbours enjoying their homes to their fullest potential is the reason why we do this work. Our work technically began in 2005, officially began in 2020, and will continue as long as our community needs our services.
