Services

In our work, we integrate old practices to bring something new to your home. The quality of our work is enforced by years of experience, Red Seal certified carpentry, and using sustainable practices that lead to long-lasting structures. The three main services we offer are renovations, additions, and design, and we categorize them this way to help us understand how to best enhance your home.

While these are our three main areas of practice, we encourage you to reach out if you have an idea that doesn’t fit within the descriptions below.

Design

Design and layout is the first step in any build, and we’re here to offer consultation options. You could have a thought, a few sketches, or a fully completed plan drawn up already. We’re here to support you in finding a solution for your home.

Our services include:

  • Floor plan layouts
  • Interior and exterior design
  • Measuring your home for prints
  • Rough sketches

We partner with local designers to provide professionally drawn plans for permit applications.

Renovations

Renovations focus on enhancing an existing space. This can be as small as a deck resurfacing or as big as a whole house remodel. The key factor is that we’re working to renovate something that is already existing.

Additions

Additions are when we create new spaces. Typically, these look like garages, carriage houses, or sheds. Larger additions could be adding another floor or adding a bump out. It differentiates from renovations because it increases your home’s square footage or adds new structures on your property.
