Rental Suite

J and D reached out with a plan to renovate an undeveloped basement into two legal rental suites. The main areas where they needed support were with design, permit applications, and management of the project; specifically coordinating with subcontractors to complete all the necessary work. We helped with the design, then provided layouts and rough drafts of the prints for permit applications. After organizing subcontractors and communicating with the city, we carried out our work. The final project resulted in two rental suites that acquired a successful occupation inspection.
